[""AIG""], as subrogee of its insured, Abiatar, S.A., appeals a final summary judgment and a final judgment awarding fees and costs to defendant Landair Transport, Inc. We affirm. Abiatar purchased cellular phones from Motorola, Inc., at Motorola's Illinois headquarters for $130,000. Abiatar insured the shipment with AIG. Abiatar contracted with Montevideo International Forwarders, a freight forwarder, to arrange to transport the phones from Illinois to Miami, Florida, and to ship the phones to Uruguay. Montevideo contracted with Sig M. Glukstad, Inc., d/b/a Miami International Freight Forwarders [""MIF""] to arrange for the transportation of the phones. MIF contracted with USA Trading Network, Inc., d/b/a USA Cargo and Courier [""USA Cargo""] to transport the phones to Miami.
